2. Научить использовать полученную информацию составления сообщения.

Материалы: видео, презентация, карточки с заданиями.
1. Организационный момент
Good morning. Our lesson today is going to be unusual. You are divided into groups. We are going to have a kind of a game. We will need your help and support. I hope that everyone of you will be involved. You also will need your pens. Let’s start.
2. Актуализация знаний
What do you know about Great Britain? (вопросы…)
I see you know a lot. Would you like to go there someday? (ответы)
3. Постановка проблемы
Now listen to the story. I have a student Irina. She has many interests. She likes listening to K-pop, reading comics and dancing, but she doesn’t know much about British culture. Last month Irina participated in a competition and won the first prize – a trip to Great Britain. We were happy about her, but she suddenly said «I don’t want to go. I don’t know if there is something interesting to see or to do»
The problem is that she doesn’t believe me. You know, some teenagers don’t believe adults, especially teachers. You are teenagers too, so I hope that she will probably believe you! Let’s collect the information that helps Irina not to miss the trip.

Задание 1 (для всего класса)
Now look at the slide and complete the sentences.
На слайде 8 утверждений, связанных с информацией в видео. Учащиеся по очереди поднимают руку и дают устные ответы. После этого показывается следующий слайд с заполненными пропусками.

Каждой группе даётся таблица, в которой написаны определения и отсутствуют названия, а также скрипт в котором упомянутые в видео достопримечательности подчёркнуты. На экране слайд с названием мест и достопримечательностей.
